Does the mat really warm up without electricity?
It doesn't heat up on its own like an electric pad. Your cat is constantly giving off heat, and the layer under the plush reflects it back toward them. That's why the mat only gets warm once your cat is lying on it.
Which size should I choose?
S: 20 × 16 in. M: 28 × 19 in. L: 35 × 23 in. XL: 45 × 28 in.
Measure your cat while they sleep stretched out, and measure the spot where the mat will go. Pick a mat a couple of inches longer than your cat, but no bigger than the spot. The smallest mat is 16 in deep, so it won't fit on a narrow windowsill.
Does the mat rustle?
Inside is a thin heat-reflecting layer, covered by plush and padding. If your cat is sensitive to sounds, try it out during the 30-night trial.
How do I wash it?
The mat is washable. We recommend hand washing or a gentle, cold machine cycle, then drying flat. Don't tumble dry.
